Being an editor was never something I aspired to do, honestly. I sort of fell into it and it stuck.

But it more than stuck. It fit. It plugged into the part of my brain that loves to tell stories - to poke and prod at structure and narrative, to make things that feel polished and complete, to awe, impress, inspire.

As that kid who would pinch his dad's HandyCam to make dumb things with his friends and put them together on super rudimentary tools like Windows Movie Maker, falling into a profession that allowed me do keep doing that was an amazing feeling.

As a proper grown up editor, I’d describe my style as playful, irreverent, witty - but I also bring a calm experienced head and an intricate understanding of narrative to everything I cut.
